(diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) Consultant specializing in inclusive coaching and training for impactful leaders and organizations that want to disrupt the status quo to create welcoming environments, rooted in core values. She often describes herself as a “corporate trained, creative hippie,” putting a strong emphasis on core values to help her clients elevate their community connections and lead with clarity and confidence.
In less than three years, Crystal has impressively built a brand working with clients in locations across the country, including Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. She also serves as a board member for Survivor Lit, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and resources to sexual assault survivors.
When she’s not working, you can find Crystal enjoying her time at the beach, connecting with people, exploring new places and she LOVES animals! She is that person who will always ask to pet your fur-baby.
